Geschichte
Deserto Feliz follows Jéssica, a teenager from northeastern Brazil who flees her abusive stepfather and travels to Recife in search of a better life. There, she becomes involved in sexual tourism to survive. While working in this industry, Jéssica meets Mark, a German tourist, with whom she begins a relationship and eventually falls in love.
