Geschichte
Margot, an attractive woman, supports her elderly father by drugging men on trains ('El beso del sueño') and stealing their money and jewelry. One night, her target is a currency smuggler carrying 100 million pesetas out of Spain. Unbeknownst to Margot, the smuggler is being watched by both a policeman and Salvatierra, a burnt-out alcoholic who occasionally works for a corrupt banker. Both quickly become suspicious of Margot's activities. Margot encounters Salvatierra after drugging him on a train, leading him to believe she is his protector when he wakes up. The policeman suspects Salvatierra of colluding with Margot, but Salvatierra has his own agenda involving the stolen money.
