Geschichte
Murphy, an American cinema school student living in Paris, enters into a volatile relationship with Electra, his French girlfriend of two years. To spice up their relationship, they invite their blonde Danish neighbor Omi into their bed for a threesome. However, Murphy later has sex with Omi behind Electra's back, resulting in an unplanned pregnancy that ends the relationship between Murphy and Electra on a sour note. Murphy is forced to marry Omi, but three months later, he hasn't heard from Electra, who has suicidal tendencies according to her mother Nora. Throughout one day, Murphy reflects on his past two years with Electra through nonlinear flashbacks, recalling their initial meeting in Paris and the tumultuous relationship that followed, filled with drug abuse, rough sex, and tender moments.
