Layla Harvest Roberts was born on October 22, 1974, in Kealakekua Kona, Hawaii. Her father is Italian and her mother is Native American from the Cherokee nation. Roberts began her modeling career in Paris but returned to Los Angeles due to homesickness. She was rediscovered by Elite Models while shopping at a grocery store. In 1997, she became Playmate of the Month for 'Playboy'. Subsequently, she appeared in several films including 'Red Letters', 'Beowulf', and 'Armageddon'.
