Story
Eric and Stephanie, whose relationship has been strained, decide to take a trip together to the Republic of Santiago to visit its famous ruins. Upon arrival, they learn about a serial killer targeting drunk drivers on the steep roads of the region. While refueling at one point, Stephanie takes a photo of an unknown man heavily scarred by burns. This action enrages the man, who begins pursuing Eric and Stephanie in his imposing black truck.
