"Traci Mann, distinct from Australian actress Tracy Mann, was born in New Mexico and embarked on her acting career in independent cinema during the late 1980s. Her debut film appearance was in the low-budget horror movie 'The Basement' (1989). Subsequently, she collaborated with renowned underground production company Troma. Among her notable works for this company are 'The Toxic Avenger Part II' (1989), 'The Toxic Avenger Part III: The Last Temptation of Toxie' (1989), and 'Sgt. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D.' (1991). Story
