Story
Three friends, Mitch (Luke Wilson), Frank (Will Ferrell), and Beanie (Vince Vaughn), feeling nostalgic about their college days, decide to relive them by starting a fraternity near their old campus. They rent a house off-campus and begin hosting wild parties, attracting a mix of misfit students, losers, and even retirees. Their plan goes awry when the dean, Pritchard (Jeremy Piven), gets wind of their activities and threatens to shut them down. Meanwhile, Mitch develops feelings for his neighbor, Nicole (Ellen Pompeo), but Frank tries to sabotage their relationship by pursuing her himself. The friends also clash with a rival fraternity over a sex doll named 'Beta' and get into a series of escalating pranks and confrontations. In the end, they must face the consequences of their actions and decide whether they want to continue living in the past or move on.
