Saskia Rosendahl (born 9 July 1993) began her career with children's ballet performances at the Halle Opera from 2001 to 2011, and later worked as an actress in improvisational theater productions like 'Kaltstart' and the New Theatre Halle. She made her film debut in 'Für Elise' (2010). Rosendahl gained international recognition for her leading role in Cate Shortland's 'Lore' (2012), winning awards such as the AACTA Award for Best Young Actor, the Stockholm International Film Festival's Best Actress award, and receiving European Film Promotion's 'Shooting Stars' honor. She has also acted in films like 'A Pact' (2013) and 'Lindenberg! Do your thing' (2020).
